Tucked away in a village in the beautiful Westbury countryside is a small business with big heart, who have walked away with a very fitting award from this year’s Wiltshire Business Awards which were held at Longleat’s Centre Parcs on 20th April and hosted by BBC Wiltshire’s Graham Rogers.
Hundreds of business owners and their teams came together for the night to celebrate and many walked away with awards and Busy Books, an accountants and bookkeeping team based in Bratton, were no exception as they were awarded the “Customer and Staff Care” award sponsored by Mainline. Natasha Penny, who leads the dedicated team of five, said “we are chuffed to bits with this award because we feel it is the most appropriate for our ethos and values as a business. We always try to go above and beyond for our customers as we aspire to be so much more than just be accountants.” Natasha spoke to Graham Rogers on BBC Wiltshire the day before the awards, discussing the honour of being a finalist as well as the variety of services that Busy Books provide to the community.
On top of this outstanding achievement, Busy Books are also finalists in the Smalls Awards which will be held in London on 17th May and are up for the “At Your Service – Best Small Service Business” award. This marks the second year in a row that Busy Books’ achievements have been recognised at the Small Awards, as they flew the flag for Westbury last year, walking home with the “Small Business of the Year 2017” award. A fantastic accomplishment!
Busy Books is owned by Wiltshire based Natasha Penny and offer support to small businesses nationwide. Natasha is available for interviews, and for new client appointments upon request.
